Notice on the processing of personal data

Data we process

  • Data you provide through the contact form: full name, company, email, phone (optional), type of enquirer, area of interest and message content.
  • Data you provide through the network application form: full name, email, phone and LinkedIn profile (optional), type of profile, and the experience and skills you describe.
  • Your email address, if you sign up to receive our insights.
  • Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the website to work (for example, IP address in server logs).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to your request and, if you wish, starting a professional relationship: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Assessing your application to work with the network: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending you our insights: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Ensuring the security and operation of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Methods and retention

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. We keep contact requests and applications for as long as needed to handle them and, if no further relationship follows, for no longer than 24 months; insight subscriptions until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors on our behalf, in particular our website hosting and form provider (Netlify, Inc.), which may process data in the United States under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses). Data is not disclosed to the public or sold.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing the data in our forms is necessary to reply to your request or assess your application; without it we cannot get back to you.
