Clearer thinking for the choices that matter

A one-to-one journey for owners and managers going through a transition: a new role, a difficult decision, growth to steer. A confidential space to focus on goals and concrete steps.

When it helps

When going it alone is not enough

Coaching does not hand out ready-made answers: it helps you find your own, and turn them into behaviours and decisions.

  • A new leadership role, or succession at the head of the company
  • Hard decisions to make on your own
  • A team to develop or bring back into tune
  • The need to rebalance business, work and personal life

Frequently asked questions

Is coaching the same as consulting?

No. A consultant proposes solutions; a coach helps you find your own and put them into practice. If consulting is also needed, we say so clearly and propose it separately.

How long does it take?

Usually a few months, with sessions every two to four weeks. Length and frequency are agreed at the start.

Is it confidential?

Yes. When the company sponsors the coaching, we share goals and progress with it, not what is discussed in sessions.

A first conversation, with no obligation

To work out together whether coaching is the right path.
