Skills that grow through real work

We design programmes for managers and teams built on the company’s real problems and its industry. Experiential methods, exercises on your own cases, and follow-up that carries the classroom into everyday work.

When it helps

When people need to step up

Training works when it answers a specific business need and is measured on behaviour, not classroom hours.

  • New managers promoted on the job, without management tools
  • An organisational change that calls for new behaviours
  • Projects slowing down between functions that do not talk to each other
  • A shared culture to build after growth or an acquisition

How we work

From need to result

  1. 1

    Needs analysis

Interviews and observation to understand what is really needed, and by whom.

  2. 2

    Tailored design

Goals, content and formats built on the company’s own cases.

  3. 3

    Classroom and experience

    Hands-on workshops, simulations and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

  4. 4

    Transfer and review

Individual action plans and a follow-up review some time later.
