Equality and balance, certified and lived

We guide companies towards gender equality certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022) and work-life balance certification (UNI/PdR 192:2026): from the initial assessment to the certification body’s audit, with a plan that genuinely improves the organisation.

Why now

A commitment that becomes an advantage

Both certifications are voluntary, but they increasingly make a difference with people, customers, banks and public bodies.

  • Attracting and keeping people, especially the most sought-after profiles
  • Customers and investors asking for real commitment on environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria
  • Public tenders, grants and funding that reward certified companies
  • A direct financial return through social security contribution relief

The certifications

Two standards, one coordinated path

UNI/PdR 125:2022

Gender equality

It assesses six areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, and protection of parenthood and work-life balance.

UNI/PdR 192:2026

Work-life balance

Published in 2026 and built on the Family Audit model, it assesses work organisation and flexibility, support for maternity and parenthood, care responsibilities, health and wellbeing, welfare and career continuity.

Public tender advantages

Gender equality certification earns extra points in public tenders, grants and funding calls.

Frequently asked questions

Who issues the certification?

An accredited certification body, independent of us. We prepare the company and support it through the audit and beyond.

Is it suitable for small companies?

Yes. Both standards scale requirements to company size, with dedicated thresholds for micro and small businesses.

Can we obtain both?

Yes, and many activities overlap: a single path avoids doing the same work twice.

Who leads the work?

Annamaria Carrozzo, certified Gender Equality Manager (UNI/PdR 125:2022), supported by the network.
