Negotiated settlement
Preparing the data and the plan, and running operations while negotiating with creditors.
Services · Crisis management
We stand beside owners and managers when the first signs of crisis appear: we read the situation, protect day-to-day operations and lead the recovery plan, in coordination with the appointed advisors.
The right moment
Italy’s Business Crisis Code requires companies to have adequate structures to spot early warning signs, and their statutory auditors to report them. Acting early means choosing, rather than being forced.
How we step in
1Reading the numbers, funding needs and forward cash flow, week by week.
2Protecting critical activities and relationships: customers, suppliers, banks, people.
3Operational and organisational actions, with clear owners and deadlines.
4Ongoing dialogue with owners, governing bodies and advisors; progress measured.
Within Business Crisis Code procedures
Preparing the data and the plan, and running operations while negotiating with creditors.
A credible, workable business plan, and monitoring of its execution.
Support on the business side of agreements and plans subject to court approval.
Business continuity safeguarded during the procedure, and plan implementation.
Legal, tax and certification work is the responsibility of the appointed licensed professionals, with whom we coordinate, each in our own role.
What stays with the company
To see funding needs before they become emergencies.
With actions, owners and deadlines everyone knows.
Roles, delegations and controls to spot warning signs in time.
People who have been through the crisis and can handle the next one.

For statutory auditors, accountants and lawyers
When a company you advise needs hands-on management, we work in coordination with you: you look after oversight, legal and tax matters; we look after operations and the plan. If an interim chief restructuring officer or CFO is needed, we find one in our network.
As early as possible. At the first signs there are more options and they cost less; once the crisis is full-blown, room for manoeuvre shrinks.
No. We work alongside owners and managers. When needed, a manager from our network can take on an interim operational role, with a handover planned from day one.
Yes. We coordinate with them, with the lawyers and with the statutory auditors, each in their own role.
It depends on the situation and the tool chosen. Scope, timing and level of presence are agreed before we start.
